About who needs care: Sjorgen syndrome/RA autoimmune Leukemia-white blood cell count Has fallen twice in past year and broken hips - has recovered from surgery but uses walker to get around Needs assistance eating regularly and with bathing Has anxiety staying alone at night Wants to remain in home and adamant does not want to enter a facility - family members looking for assistance in overnight and potentially day time care About the care needs: Strength/ Ability to assist a small woman with bathing - needs assistance entering and leaving tub and help with dressing Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
