About the job

About who needs care: Has issues with mobility, but does ok with a cane. He likes current events and watching the news. He likes to read. His ideal day is shave, light house work and watch tv most of the day. Occasionally goes out for a hair cut. Has groceries delivered. About the care needs: Someone who is not too pushy and allows him to feel independent. Someone who would suggest some possible things to help with. No specialized skills. Maybe someone who may offer to make calls on his behalf, take him to appointments..... especially after a surgery to fix his knee. One reason he won't do the surgery, the inability to take himself after surgery to rehab and appointments. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
