About who needs care: Underlying conditions are arthritis in her back, hip and hand. Uses cane and back brace. Her hobbies/interests are music, watching the news and walking her dog. Her ideal day is to wake up about 7a, get herself together, dressed and etc., make a cup of coffee, walk her dog, if applicable run to the grocery store and/or any scheduled appointments. If no appointments outside the home, make a few calls, watch her tv shows, and toward the evening walk the dog again. About the care needs: In a caregiver we are looking for a female caregiver to be kind but firm. Have great bedside manner, have a passion in caring for the elderly and a little personality. Have a sense of tidiness and cleanliness. Pet friendly. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
