About the job

About who needs care: My mom has mid-stages of both Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. She's wheelchair bound, but able to transfer from the chair to toilet, bed, etc. She has weakness and tremors. Mom is very kind and easy-going. She loves everyone and is extremely appreciative of those around her. She enjoys watching cowboy shows, the local news, golf and football. We only need help 1-2 days per week for showers, light housekeeping, companionship and such. Days and times can be discussed and easily worked around. About the care needs: Our ideal caregiver would be friendly and easy-going, able to bathe Mom and do some light housekeeping. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
