About who needs care: Diabetic, damentia, sundowners, ulcerative colitis, can not walk, Shopping, outside, birds, flowers, music, food. Wake at 8 a.m. cook food & take meds, feed and water cat. Errands or Dr if needed. Lunch between 11-12 . Supper 430-530 p.m. Meds. Shower. TV or computer time. Bed. About the care needs: Easy going and kind, with patience. Damentia/sundowners. Will have to lift to transfer, change diaper, need help with most tasks, dressing, cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, bathing, driving Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
