About who needs care: This is my sister. She is a Veteran and is having surgery on May 13th. After surgery she has PT twice a week for 12 weeks. She needs transportation from home in Chatsworth , GA to Calhoun, GA and then back home. About the care needs: They need to understand that she has had surgery and may need help in and out of the car. Services needed include: transportation.
