About the job

About who needs care: I work nights and cannot get any sleep because Bill is constantly waking me up for something. I would prefer outside of our home care, as our dogs would bark at anyone in the home, so I wouldn't be able to sleep then either. I can deliver him wherever within 25 miles of Blairsville. About the care needs: Bill had a stroke and is partially paralyzed on his left side. His speech was also effected, so you really have to be patient with him having to repeat everything he tries to say. He needs help transferring from wheelchair to bed or potty. He can clean himself, but we use the Hoyer lift and bedside potty at home. He has not developed any hobbies outside of watching movies. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
