About the job

About who needs care: My mother is currently in hospice care as her treatment options for her specific cancer dwindled to none. She lives at home and has two young adult children. We need assistance caring for her and continuing to aid in her quality of life, which would include assistance with personal hygeiene and potentially small medical-type tasks such as draining nephrostomy (urine) bags. Assistance in organizing and small cleaning and simple meal preparations would be an added bonus. About the care needs: Kind and gentle personality. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
