About who needs care. It's both parents. She is in the early stages of dementia and needs help with taking medication and keeping an eye on her blood pressure. He is hard of hearing and on oxygen. They both can move around on their own but need to be made to get up and get out of bed and walk and engage in life. They someone with patience and is good with pacifying the elderly. Services needed include occasional transportation to appointments, daily meal prep, occasional errands, daily light housekeeping, companionship, and bathing reminders. MUST be comfortable w pets (cats & dogs). There are weeks that care is needed more than others, so we need someone flexible. Ideally, we'd like to have an on-call back-up sitter when our other person isn't available or needs to take off.
