About who needs care: I am in search of a compassionate, dependable, and highly experienced caregiver to provide dedicated care and companionship to an elderly individual. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elder care, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle a variety of personal and household tasks with professionalism and kindness. About the care needs: Responsibilities: Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting -Assist with mobility, transfers, and physical therapy exercises -Grocery shop, prepare, and serve nutritious meals and snacks -Offer companionship and emotional support -Engage in light physical and mental activities (e. g., walks, puzzles, reading) -Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and tidying common areas -communicate any observable changes in health or behavior of elder to family -Must be okay with pets in household (1 dog and 1 cat) duties include: feed pets, clean litter box, administer animal medication, and make sure dog gets walked by a dog walker. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
