About the job

About who needs care: We recently relocated my mother from Tallahassee to Gainesville to be closer to us. We would need someone to stop by daily, spend time with her, and assist with chores and small errands to provide her with some socialization while we are at work. She lives by herself in a one-bedroom apartment with her cat. About the care needs: We are mostly looking for someone who can spend time with my elderly mother. There may be some chores or small errands occasionally, but she is very mild-mannered and needs someone to socialize with her and help create a daily routine. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
