About the job

Looking for caring and compassionate companion care for my father in Debary. Medication management is required, to ensure he does not miss his doses. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping (help with dishes, laundry, etc.). Additional responsibilities include meal preparation (help with his breakfast, lunch for the day. Making sure he eats and is eating a balanced diet). You'll be responsible for transporting to/from certain appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. He recently had surgery to remove an ileostomy bag any history or previous experience with this type of surgery is preferred. Most importantly, he could use someone to talk to and get him back doing things he enjoys during the day.
