About who needs care: help with ADLs, transferring seat/chair/ wheelchair/ bed online, help with speech post stroke is able to do a lot on his own but still needs limited aide & support due to right sided weakness is able to cook but should not cook now until he is stronger needs limited help dressing takes care of insulin injections himself About the care needs: Helpful, with positive energy & personality Interest in football & movies, & music Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
