About the job

About who needs care: Looking for someone to provide companionship care for my mother and encourage her to eat dinner! Days and times are flexible but we we would prefer someone around early dinner time for 2 or 3 hours. We will provide the dinner (either delivery or just heat it up) or it is possible to take her out to eat at a restaurant. We want someone to check in on her, give her something to look forward to, and encourage her to eat (something besides ice cream because that's what she chooses to eat when we aren't there) About the care needs: Caregiver should be patient and have experience with older adults with dementia. Services needed include: companionship. She doesn't need physical assistance at this time.
