About the job
I am looking for a female care provider at my residence in Thornton to provide support for 7 weeks starting June 23rd thru August 8th. I am 35-years old with Cerebral Palsy. I am in a wheelchair so lifting and transitioning is required. I need assistance with pivot transfers, transitioning from power-chair to my shower-chair to use the restroom, getting dressed, cooking, light housework, and assistance with running errands. I need someone who is pet-friendly. I have one small dog and three cats. Hours needed are Monday thru Friday as follows: Monday, Thursday, Friday - 1/2 day - 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (5. 5 hours) and Tuesday & Wednesday - full day - 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (11 hours). That is 27. 5 hours per week. The pay is $25 p/h and is paid through the Colorado CDASS program. So, it is not a cash position. Thank you!
