I need hands-on care to take care of myself in Platteville. One of your responsibilities will be helping with getting out of bed and into wheelchair. I do this with a walker . I'm looking for some help preparing meals, laundry, dishes. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, taking to pool for therapy ect. I HAVE A WHEELCHAIR VAN). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with a dog. Must be able to pass state background check. Willing to do household chores and help me with stuff around the house. I cannot do myself.. Pays $25hr through state program
