About the job

HI! I'm looking for someone who can hang out with my 21-year-old son with profound autism. He is non-verbal. He is an active guy who likes to get out of the house on walks and outings. Going out to lunch, working out, heading to the zoo are all possibilities. I need a few hours a day to get some things done both in and out of the house. He can eat and use the bathroom independently but you might have to prepare some meals for him. Any experience with autism and intellectual disability would be a plus. We have a small dog. Days and times are flexible and could possibly vary from week to week. This job is for 8 to 16 hours a week. This job is funded through a waiver with the state and as such, you would be employed by Caregiver's Village. They would handle onboarding and paychecks. We live in Greenwood Village.
