About who needs care: I have surgery on the 25th. I need help with transportation to and from in addition, I will need help with transportation the next day for my postop check up the evening of the 25th. I may need some assistance getting settled in. About the care needs: Reliable, caring, nice, trustworthy, ability to follow instructions Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
