About who needs care: Brother-in-law lives with cerebral palsy and is physically and mentally disabled. He cannot do anything for himself, and he is nonverbal. He also does not understand commands/spoken language. About the care needs: The caregiver will need to be able to move and reposition a 100 lb man who is 5 feet tall. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
