About the job

This is not a position for senior care/ companionship but rather a position to help my young spirited 65-year-old quadriplegic husband get up, bathed and dressed in the mornings. Time required varies between 1-2 hours per day, depending on whether or not it's a shower day. We pay $50 per visit regardless of time spent, with an average of 1. 5 hours per visit. Days are flexible but would like a commitment of a minimum of 4 days/week. Tasks include: showering 2 days per week, shaving, ostomy care and ROM exercises. Experience with spinal cord injuries helpful but will train. Reliability is most important quality we're looking for.
