About the job

About who needs care: Mother has dementia and father is older so is having hard time caring for her. Needs someone to tend to her during the day in all aspects, also needs help around the house with cleaning, meal prep, etc. Need someone to set up a daily schedule. About the care needs: Needs to be very personable. Mother can be very difficult and not use to someone in the house so person will need to have skills to know how to deal with this. Needs to be able to motivate mother to work on mobility and find things that interest her to keep her mind engaged. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
