About who needs care: She is diagnosed with mild/moderate dementia. She needs help with ensuring she changes into clean clothes after a shower, takes her morning pills, eats her breakfast (cereal) and can turn on the TV properly. During the afternoon she would need a reminder to eat lunch and help with the TV. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
