About who needs care: Dementia. Still independent in dressing, etc. Needs companionship and just watched so she can get reminders for meds. Some cooking as well. About the care needs: Easy going, but able to be gentle "firm" An interest in gardening would be fun. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
