About the job

This is part time position, perfect for college students - Looking for energetic, compassionate, kind wingman for my 21 years old autistic high functioning son, preferably around his age. Very important skills: Nonjudgemental Attitude: Ability to provide empathetic support without bias. Ability to provide support in a social situations, such as making friendship, giving advice and working out together in the gym. Flexible availability: Approximately 10-15 hours per week (there is a possibility for more hours), including one 3-hour weekday afternoon and one 7-hour shift weekend. Commitment: Willingness to commit to the role for at least one year. Consistency and Reliability: Someone dependent who can consistently provide support as needed. Driver's license: Valid clean License and safe driving skills are required for client transportation.
