About who needs care: He's an 89-year-old Hispanic male with Moderate Alzheimer's, he may need assistance getting out of chairs, occasionally he falls and needs help getting up, he loves to attend h. s. sporting events and watching sports on t. v., he is very social and happy most of the time, he loves to joke and poke fun, he gets angry because of his physical condition and he responds well to feelings validation and empathy About the care needs: We need someone who is compassionate, calm and trustworthy. Prefer someone skilled in Motivational Interviewing and trauma informed care Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
