Responsibilities: As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will: - Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with seniors - Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation - Assist with medication reminders and appointment scheduling - Support seniors with grooming, bathing, toileting, and managing incontinence issues Key Qualities We Seek: - Ability to treat seniors and their belongings with dignity and respect - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Completion of a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening - A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required, as driving is an essential part of the position. Requirements: - Complete registration on the Home Care Aide Registry, pass fingerprint clearance, obtain TB clearance, and undergo drug testing before employment. Compensation Range: We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $16. 50 to $20. 50. For 24-hour shifts, earn between $16. 50 and $17. 00 per hour, totaling $453 to $544 per day depending on shift frequency and start times.
