Seeking full-time LIVE-IN, female home care provider for my 79 yr old, physically active mom, w/ Alzheimer's. Full-time LIVE-IN position incl FREE RENT (+ utilities) in EXCHANGE for PT Care. Private room, + PAID MO. STIPEND (amount TBD based on 20-25hrs/week of help). The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Experience with dementia/ALZ is required. Must be willing to do light housekeeping, assist with ADLs incl. bathing, dressing & continence care, meal prep/cooking & pet care for a well-loved 5-yr-old Retriever. Duties incl. providing companionship, daily walks/outings & social interaction. Must be a non-smoker, organized, excellent communicator, comfortable w/dogs, kind & compassionate. Sense of humor, 1st-Aid /CPR trained helpful. Desired approx hrs: 8a-12/1p & 6-7p, 5 days/week. This is a Live-in/Free Rent, plus $ position.
