About the job

About who needs care: End stage COPD/asthma. Ability to leave home is variable and unpredictable. Some occasional and minor cleanup might be necessesary due to my inability to bend over-and sometimes, to exert myself. Im currently seeing a Providence based service that is touch and go in terms of quality but I might still be interested in exploring other arrangements. About the care needs: I have a female roomate who is a day sleeper and is dependant on me in many different ways. She will not be needing any assistance. I generally prefer the company of females. I prefer someone who is comfortable with both laid back personalities and energetic individiuals because I am either one of those people on any given day. Males are welcome if they are comfortable with any of the things I just mentioned. I will need help with deciding what options I need help with as well as my nutrition and my unreliable ability to shop and manage my laundry. I like doing my own laundry when my energy level permits. Any Registered Nurses available? Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
