STRUCTURE IDEAL DAY: Relaxation, sleeping (naps), getting out for short rides to lunch. or a drive in nature. About the care needs: Someone who is NOT meek and has great judgment, keen observations, a balance of logic and empathy, good morals, a sense of humor, curiosity, problem solving, good professional boundaries of what is good for the client; to assert themselves in their duties with client, yet with a soft-sell delivery of persuasion, so as not to come off as over-bearing or dictatorial. Someone who understand ADD Attention Deficit Disorder. If would be good if caregiver were a man who is good at asking questions, wants to learn conversationally, and will listen, yet assert their own opinions and engage with camaraderie.
