About the job

About who needs care: I'd like to find someone who would come for an hour once a week , tuesday afternoons. she has diabetes and occasionally needs help putting on Dexcom g7, I will show you how to use it . It should not be hard to pick up if you know how to use iphone well and have some previous caregiving experience. Occasionally you might take her to the doctors. My sister will be taking her to most doctors appt but sometimes we might need extra help when she can't. When there's no Dexcom task and doctor appt you might help her with light housework and making sure she's doing ok. My mother doesn't speak english so if you speak mandarin chinese or taiwanese it would be super but not neccessary. We just need someone reliable and kind to check up on her and help her with things. About the care needs: someone who's friendly but calm. will need to learn how to apply dexcom g7. we will provide training on this. general previous caregiving experience. chinese mandarin or taiwanese speaking will be huge plus. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
