About the job

We are seeking two compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide daytime care for an elderly couple in a clean, welcoming home in Ontario. One caregiver will be assigned to each grandparent during the shift. Saturdays 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Responsibilities include Dressing and hygiene assistance Transferring and toileting support Cooking light meals Light housekeeping Administering medications from a pillbox Providing companionship and engagement throughout the day Grandfather is 99, uses a walker, and has minor hearing loss. Grandmother is 94, wheelchair-bound with mild dementia and requires assistance with transfers. Requirements Experience with elderly care Patience, reliability and a kind demeanor CNA or CPR certification a plus, but not required Must have reliable transportation
