About the job

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver for an 18-year-old woman with cerebral palsy who will be attending California State University Northridge. The position involves daily self-care support. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. (flexible), plus five overnight stays per week. Weekends are off, with optional extra hours available. Care can begin immediately. A live-in arrangement starts August 1 and includes a private room, utilities, and a 1800 dollar monthly stipend. Pay is 25 dollars per hour for active caregiving shifts before August 1. Preferred qualifications: experience in caregiving, kind, patient, reliable, good communication, and comfortable with bathing, dressing, light cooking. Background check and references required. Female, age 20 to 35 preferred.
