About the job

L ooking for care for a 35-year-old man with Fragile x. He needs assistance with making meals, hygiene after using the restroom, staying safe at home and in the community, etc. He is a very kind and gentle person, operating at the developmental level of a 4-year-old. No aggression or other alarming behaviors. Would love someone who can work weekend days and evenings, with a schedule that varies. He enjoys going out, restautrants, parks, the beach, stores, etc. He's a man on the move, and needs someone with energy and enthusiasm to hang with. This position is paid at $20/hour through a supported living agency. All caregivers must pass a background check prior to hire. Please note, this is only Monday and Tuesdays, but occasional weekend shifts and possible overnights will be available as well. Weekend availability is a plus.
