About who needs care: 99-year-old mother recently suffered stroke early April. She has been in rehab both acute 24/7 as well as home health services and next week outpatient for continued therapies. She can eat, use the bathroom by herself but needs a stand assist at all times when walking, bathroom, etc. as she is a fall risk. About the care needs: Ideally it would be great if the person spoke Japanese or working knowledge of the language. Not necessary. Be kind, patient and trusting a must. Assist with easy physical, occupational and speech exercises 30 minutes per visit. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
