I need a care provider for my adult child, Gregory (22). He has autism but is verbal. He enjoys listening to music, swimming in our pool and coloring. We're looking for help for him afternoons and evenings (I will be hiring more than one person). It would include preparing meals, cleaning up and helping him get ready for bed in the evening. He can dress and toilet independently, he just needs reminders and guidance to get through these activities in a timely manner. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We might ask you to run errands now and then. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments (he has a gym class and a music class in the afternoons). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. DDS (deep) background check is required and will be reimbursed after 2 months.
