About the job

I need someone to come at 6 a.m. Monday through Friday to help my uncle in hospice approximately 160 pounds get up in the morning. We've got dogs who will bark like crazy when you get here. I hope you are comfortable with that and we can keep them away, but we should try to have you make friends with them also . This would involve diaper change, bed bath, dressing, transfer via Hoyer to wheelchair for breakfast, and after breakfast; transfer to recliner via hoyer. He is very, very sweet. Caregiver should have a calm disposition, and be patient and loving. We always have lots of linens and clothes to fold and laundry to do while you are here. This may turn into a full-time starting August 4 as I will have to go back to work.
