About who needs care: Veteran who is discharging back home after spending 1 year in a nursing home rebuilding his strength to walk again. About the care needs: looking for an encouraging, knowledgeable caregiver who is able to assist in ADLs, assist in driving patient to and from appts, meal prepping, and lending an ear for casual conversations. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
