About the job

About who needs care: My mom has been declining. She is used to taking care of herself, but is at the point where is can't take care of basic needs by herself. She has been sedentary for some time mostly due to mobility challenges and is now too weak to get herself on and off the toilet. My brother lives on the property and has been there for her, but her care needs are getting beyond his ability. About the care needs: We are hoping for a live-in caregiver. They should also have some memory care training. As far as I know, my mom is personable, but can be stubborn. English speaking is a must. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
