About the job

About who needs care: My mother is a wonderful and kind woman who is still independent and lives on her own, but is needing someone to check on her and visit with her. About the care needs: A gentle, kind and fun person who may like to play cards. Have girl chat. Thoughtful. Aware. To be able to forecast some needs. Basically, we are looking for someone to visit with her and to make sure she is doing OK. She still drives, at this very moment, which may change soon. She loves to shop. I would encourage exercise to make sure that she is exercising and encourage puzzles and things to keep her mind active. Making sure that she has taken her pills for the day, etc.. no specialized skill just a caring person Services needed include: companionship.
