About the job

About who needs care: My mom fractured her spine and needs to go to a rehab facility. My dad, who has dementia, needs care while she is unavailable. He is able to do most daily self care tasks, but needs help with medicine and meals. Also, likes companionship while watching television. About the care needs: We just need someone who is patient and doesn't mind just "being there". He is not very active, but likes to have someone near. They do have a dog that would need minimal care. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
