About who needs care: Needs help transitioning from bed to walker,-- anytime he needs to move to another room. Plays Dominoes. Requires help when showering and after bathroom events. Need help with meal prep and basic chores as needed. About the care needs: Outgoing personality / Dealing with older clients. Has starting signs of dementia so understanding of this issue is needed. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
