Closed on a condo 2 weeks ago. Previous owners did not clean before moving out. Place needs a deep clean. The previous owners occasionally smoked in the entryway of place so there is a slight cigarette smoke smell I didnt notice until spending time here. They also had a cat. Not a really strong smell but I can tell there was a litter box in the place.
