About the job

I have a small, local cleaning service business that covers the Vancouver/Portland area. I'm doing more marketing, networking, sales, promoting the business. So I don't have time anymore to do all the cleaning myself, and I'd like to find independent cleaners that can do the work I bring in. Ideally, it's people who have at least 2 years experience professionally cleaning on their own. They like to clean, and get paid well for their time, but don't necessarily want to do the promotion and sales, and running the business part... I love doing that part! Residences, move-in/out jobs, offices, airbnbs, construction clean-up, etc... Generally, the jobs will pay around $25-45 per hour. Although I don't sell the jobs by the hour, that's just around what the flat rate comes out to once you're finished. You'll be an independent contractor, so you pay your own taxes. You'll be paid each Friday for the previous week. Obviously you keep your own tips! You'll need your own transportation, equipment, supplies, etc. You'll need to let me know your availability, and keep it current daily on our scheduling program. Let me know what kinds of work you do and don't want to do, and anything you specialize in. Any special services you are particularly good at, that I can sell to customers is great too, so I can send you jobs you actually WANT to do! I really want to be able to connect the right cleaners with the right jobs, and be able to promote cleaners that don't like to promote themselves, or just don't have experience selling their work! That's my goal. To bring talented cleaners as much work as they want! Anyway, lots of details to cover later! If that interests you, please let me know!
