The main house spans 2, 600 sq. ft. with two bedrooms and three bathrooms (2 full baths, 1 three-quarter bath), while the guest house/office area above the garage is 1, 000 sq. ft., featuring one bedroom, one three-quarter bath, and a living room/office space. The family has four friendly dogs, mini sheep, and mini donkeys, but a farmhand takes care of all outdoor animal duties. The main responsibilities will include full-home cleaning, organizing, and general upkeep, with a focus on areas that are harder for the homeowner to access. Clear communication and serving as an extra set of eyes and ears for the homeowner are essential aspects of the role.
