Part-time Helper To Organize And Manage/tidy Home!

I'm looking for someone to assist us with laundry, tidying and organization and house management this summer and longer if that works. We are a busy family with 3 elementary-aged kids who will mostly be in camps. Ideally looking for 6-8 hours a week across two days. Very flexible on days and specific hours- Care. com made me pick days but those are flexible! The ideal person is very organized and works independently, with great references and great attitude. We would love if that person has organizational skills and mindset to help me develop systems in the house to keep things organized and that the kids can implement to learn how to keeps things tidy. We know several families that would benefit from these skills so if you are looking for more similar work, I could find some for you easily!
