Grandin Area Office needs a quarterly - monthly cleaner. The office is in Grandin. It's one of the old "houses" on the hill across the 7-11. I share the office with 5 mental health therapists who help with basic cleaning and touch ups, but I want to make sure a more thorough job is done periodically. There are 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette, a waiting room and an upstairs hall. The therapists are responsible for their own office rooms, so there are no "bedrooms". However I may also want your help with the back suite, which is a 600ft 1BD/1BA "apartment" where I have my practice. Can you provide your own cleaning supplies (detergents, etc)?
