About the job
Must be a pet lover, and be respectful of the pets. One dog, a Pomeranian, must not go out any door except to backyard because she runs off. The doors to the house and gates to the yard must remain closed at all times. Must be fit enough to bring full laundry baskets up and down stairs without difficulty. There are simple, but necessary, cleaning, folding and machine maintenance procedures. Each day: clean bathrooms; dust; wash appliances; vacuum carpets, sweep/wash floors; do laundry while all the other cleaning goes on. Also, as needed, clean inside of fridge, appliances, cabinets; organize clothing drawers; organize, clean closets and pantries; sweep stairs to cellar; other tasks as assigned as time allows. Must be cheerful and a self-starter.
