About the job

I am looking for someone who is empathetic, communicative, trustworthy, and understanding. Potentially a long-term working relationship. Once a week cleaning in the Fairfax area, and potentially then moving to Capitol Hill area to support my father in cleaning / organizing. This looks like building a relationship with my father, and with me, following specific directions about throwing specified things away, and ensuring not to throw away others, with a normal regular weekly cleaning of first a small room and bathroom, and then potentially a bit larger. Not a whole house. Ideally this person is able to use their phone to communicate during the first couple of times cleaning. But pretty simple pattern. My father is sentimental about objects. At first, laundry ideally is taken, and you wash it, and then bring it back the next week.
