Should be hotel-like service. Straightening up the bedroom, ensuring the bathroom is clean, and keeping the kitchen tidy and floors kept. Ideally, someone who would spend the day at the house who will shop, cook, and care for the animals (so they don't have to be crated). Bonus if you do grocery shopping and even meal prep.
