NE Philadelphia home needs weekly maintenence cleaning, along with deep cleaning of one room per visit. Open as to whether you or we provide equipment and/or cleaning supplies. Maid may need to move items on tables, counters, floors but this extra time will be accounted for in the number of minutes per visit agreed upon. We have two cats and a lot of fur! We would like maid to perform some spring cleaning tasks once or twice a year, like window cleaning, carpet cleaning, wall/ceiling wiping etc. We are retired and hours/days are completely flexible.
